On Sunday we awoke to the most amazing weather... it was perfect, warm w/ a slight breeze, and nothing but blue skies for as far as the eye could see! We got ready for the day and decided to head to the coast! I can't explain how it is for Micah and I to come around a bend in the road and see the ocean... its like coming home! Neither of us realized we had been holding our breath, but we had... the ocean for us on a perfect day is pure bliss!

We didn't stay at Heceta Head for long... but it was so fun and completely rejuvinating! Now someone explain to me why we don't get more visitors? (could it be the rain?)

I love your pictures! Mel, that one of Mason running to the waves is frame-worthy.
And we'd totally visit if school/work/money allowed. We really don't take vacations...the only time we travel is when there's a family wedding! ha!
